Do This For Me

I'm trying to force myself to make students do most of the heavy lifting, even if it means waiting a long time for them to move their pencil:

    I'm so terrible at taking over someone else's computer. Even working with adult learners, this is sage advice. When I take over because it is faster and easier, I am keeping them from having the experience. Maybe I should give trainings wearing a straitjacket? That wouldn't be weird at all. ;)
